Let's get this patch finalized!
OK... I've changed the colors of the patch (after consulting with the patch company) to offer the logo more dimension. Given the new colors, I thought it might be best if we consider black blazers instead of navy... to some that is far more appealing, to others (especially those who might have already picked one up at the thrift store) they might like the navy. Let's take a vote. I think the new patch looks much better and that it would look much better on a black blazer (and on a red one as well), not to mention if you wanted to iron one on a black hat. Anyway, please vote in the comments. I would like to confirm this with the patch company before the weekend is over.

I'm cool with black because it looks cooler. However, blue blazers are fare easier to come by. So I will vote for black but will happily submit to a blue vote for expediency.

I don't really care...but if you push me I vote for the black jacket.
I don't see the black blazer for a Friar. It's quite a bit more formal, and probably not the style you'll want to wear around campus (especially on a hot August day).
I actually like the white patch better. The black patch looks like its evil twin brother, and on a black blazer it's too much darkness. I am swallowed by the abyss.
AZ suggested a blue background to the patch, on a blue blazer. That might be the best of both worlds, since I was already worried that a stark white patch on a navy blazer might stand out too much.
